My decals split or deteriorated when I applied them to my model, what can I do about this?
Our early style decals are what is called RAW decals, whereby, the image on the paper is not covered with a protective coating. All our new decals, post 2007, are now finished with a protective coating. We recommend Testors Decal Bonder. This is sprayed over the decals and left to dry. The decals should then be 'user friendly'. This process can also be used on older decals that have been laying away in your collection for years.
What is your prefered method of payment?
We accept cash either at exhibitions or via local pick up, Cheques or Money Orders via mail.
What is a decal?
A decal is an image printed on a specially coated sheet of paper and is applied to a model after being soaked in water. A decal is NOT a sticker.
How are the decals printed?
Our decals are printed on a special thermal type printer, with ribbons that work in a very similar way to typewriter ribbons - once its used, it can't be used again.
